Each use case adds its own line - employees × automation × a 40 h week - and the lines are summed. Automation is fixed at 20% on the platform alone and 60% once the agent that runs the use case is switched on; the difference between the two is the "added by the agents" row. Those hours are then priced as whole people: one salary covers a full-time year of 46 weeks, or 1840 h, so that many hours saved is worth one salary. Enter a person only under the use cases they actually work on: five people counted twice read as ten.
